2023 CrossFit Age Group Semifinals Test Descriptions

The 2023 CrossFit Games Age Group Semifinal workouts are officially released. The top 30 men and top 30 women in each age division worldwide will now battle it out for a chance to be one of ten athletes advancing to the CrossFit Games in Madison, WI. Athletes have two 24-hour periods to complete and submit all four tests. Tests 1 and 2 must be completed between Friday, April 28 at 12 p.m. PT to Saturday, April 29 at 12 p.m. PT. Tests 3 and 4 must be completed between Saturday, April 29 at 12 p.m. PT until Sunday, April 30 at 12 p.m. PT. All athletes must use a registered judge, and must submit a valid video with each score. Leaderboard Updates: Scores will not be revealed on the leaderboard until one hour after each submission window closes. The leaderboard is expected to be finalized on or before Wednesday, May 10, per the 2023 CrossFit Games Rulebook. Therefore, there are 500 possible points across all four tests.
